This link will take you to the data collecting forms we use at Exeter-Milligan. E-M is the first NIFDI (National Institute For Direct Instruction) school to collect and report data electronically. We are leading the way for other schools to do the same. Reporting data electronically is not nearly as time consuming or costly. Through this electronic process teachers are able to get immediate feedback about possible remedies and/or interventions when needed. This page is here to be of assistance to specialists and educators at other schools. Those people should feel free to use these forms.
